The Philippine Coalition Against Tuberculosis (PhilCAT) which spearheads the overall implementation of the Philippine Private Sector Diagnostics Consortium, also known as “The Consortium”, maintains the Consortium website through its partner TB Innovations and Health Systems Strengthening Project managed by Family Health International (FHI 360) and funded by United States Agency for International Development (USAID).
